For amplifiers, vintage keyboards (rhodes, wurlis, combo organs), and other FX (tape delays) the rate is 75 an hour. Sounds too expensive so I'll keep looking for another that has the mojo and play this one until it gets "aged" again. For service on guitars, pedals, and speaker cabs the hourly rate is 50. From what I am reading in the posts here, nothing can be done except a complete removal followed by a light overspray. I sent it to Jack Dillon for a neck reset and long saddle, and I'm happy with it.except for the refin.I would have preferred the mojo. I considered all that before purchasing, and based on the photos and price, I bought it, and am now the second owner. He said it has been completely oversprayed and the pickguard is oversized.

Then it was all over sprayed.I did have Jack put a new bridge with a long saddle and slotted pinholes on it also, for the reason you mentioned.I'll try to get a photo today or tomorrow that shows original finger pick wear between the strings that shows overspray that has flowed into the pick wear. In other words, someone pulled the old guard, leaving the raw wood footprint, and put a bigger guard over that without removing finish to accommodate the new guard, causing the new guard to be raised a hair along the bottom edge. I had to scratch the edge of the guard with a blade, to release that part of the finish to prevent cracking. It doesn't show in the picture but under the proper light, I can see that the outer bottom edge of the guard is a bit higher than the rest of the guard, indicating that the most of the guard sits in the depressed area of where the old guard was, and the outer edge sits on the edge of the original finish.
